Community Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using our Reiki community services offered by ZhenXin Reiki (“us”, “we”, or “our”) in collaboration with social service agencies.


Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of ZhenXin Reiki’s community services in partnership with social service agencies and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user”, “you”, or “your”) and ZhenXin Reiki.

Your use of our Reiki healing services is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and any guidelines for using these community services.

By participating in our community Reiki offerings, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the services immediately.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


Community Service Availability

ZhenXin Reiki offers Reiki healing services to social service agencies and other community-based organizations.

While we strive to make these services accessible to those in need, we cannot guarantee the availability of all services at all times, as they are subject to demand, resource availability, and scheduling constraints.  

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Your continued use of the services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


Content and Links

The materials provided during Reiki sessions, including any handouts, videos, or recorded content, are intended solely for personal development and informational purposes.

While these services may include references or links to external websites or resources, we do not endorse these materials and are not liable for their content, availability, or any claims they make.


Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary approach to health and wellness and is not intended as a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or consultation.

Reiki healing offered through community services is provided for general wellness and emotional support.

ZhenXin Reiki does not claim to diagnose or cure any medical or mental health conditions.

By participating in our services, you understand and agree that any information provided is not a substitute for seeking professional medical or psychological advice.

We strongly encourage consulting healthcare professionals before making any health decisions.


Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZhenXin Reiki and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, illness, or mental health concerns that may arise from the use of our Reiki healing services.

Participants assume all responsibility for their own well-being and agree to release and indemnify ZhenXin Reiki and its practitioners from any claims or damages arising from their participation in Reiki sessions.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZhenXin Reiki, its practitioners, and partner social service agencies from any liability, claims, or costs arising from your participation in the services.


Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

ZhenXin Reiki will take appropriate steps to protect any personal information shared during sessions in compliance with Singapore's data protection laws.
